BAYSIDE TRANSFORMATIONS
Bayside Transformations is Hervey Bay's only residential
drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility.
We can accommodate up to 35 residents who undergo a 12 month, four stage recovery program.
Participants are supported by clinical psychologists, counselors, teachers and mentors who provide case management, support and guidance to empower residents to change their lives.
Bayside Transformations is a Christian based program with campuses interstate and started on the Gold Coast
15 years ago.

We are non government funded and rely on donations from the wider community to operate and expand, so we can meet the growing demand for our service
Bayside Vegies is essentially the business arm of Bayside Transformations.
All profits and funds we raise are passed on to Bayside Transformations to help fund the rehabilitation program.
We process, package and deliver well over 3500kg of vegetables to our customers every week of the year.
Every 5kg bag of product is weighted, labeled with the customer name, product name and use by date and delivered to site in our refrigerated vehicles.
Our production kitchen operates under a strict HACCP license to ensure absolute food safety and peace of mind for our customers.
We pride ourselves to supply only the freshest vegetable products of the highest standard to our customers
We supply to many aged care facilities, hospitals, caterers, clubs, pubs, cafes and restaurants.
We are proud to have employed graduates of the Bayside Transformations program as well as former work for the dole participants.
